"Out of the starting gate they were ok"
Out of the starting gate they were ok. I wasn’t happy that they were unable to add my widget to Thumbtack* so that clients could view my 70 all five star reviews but I still was able to have the pertinent info so I let it go. Two weeks ago a client let me know my webpage was down. Not sure how long it was down but she was right, when I went on a warning came on saying that the site was not safe. After 3 phone calls and 24 hours it was back up. Yesterday another potential client said he was unable to get on my website. Once again I called and tried to get the issue resolved. After waiting an hour....still down. I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there wasn’t one available. I told them I want one to call me right away. After an hour I got a call from Mettrr but no one was on the line. I guess there their phones don’t work either because I received this email.

My agent already gave me the report of your call and I personally checked on it.
I completely understand the situation and I want to apologize for one more time for the inconvenience. Currently, the tech team is updating the SSL (Secure Certificates) to make sure all our customer's websites are free from any type of hacking and make sure all your customer's information provided by the website (Contact form) are encrypted from their end to your jobs listing (in Dashboard).
This is the regular maintenance our team give to all our customers to deliver the best-secured support. Right now the team is already working on it.
This task could take up to 48 hours or 2 business days.
I understand this could be annoying, but everything is in order to keep your site as updated as google and other search engines request to keep your site in their rankings and to be secure for all your customers.

All this a not correct! No reputable company would run maintenance for 2 days during business hours! They also said that it was routine maintenance LAST TIME THIS HAPPENED! Now here we are Saturday morning and my website is still down and they are closed for the weekend! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We respond to requests in the order that they are received, and response times can fluctuate. Our office is open Monday to Friday.

"Disappointing"
First thing, was the simple grammatical errors on my homepage. I felt as if they just threw something together and put it up without proof reading. The second thing is i requested changes, they were made but incorrectly. Third thing is i asked for the pictures to be removed as i did not feel they gave the look i am looking for. so they removed the entire gallery page that i am paying for. I later requested to add a job application page which they said they could do. I had to pay an additional 60 dollars for me to complete my application and send it to them so they could add it. So i just paid for my own work. Ok, kool, i send the template of the application to be added. They did add the template but it cant be filled out online my potential employees would have to download the template fill out the application and get it to me somehow. I was send an email in the beginning of my inquire about the service. So far im very disappointed with the website and the service. I am taking my website to another provider. That response is bull s#!+ because no one from your company has contacted me by email or by phone. Now I've changed my review to one star. I'm supposed to be paying you all $700+ for what. I've never been so disappointed with a company in my life. Biggest mistake I've ever made. Please don't use this company. Be warned.
