I've always had great experiences with Ezpuff, except for once and that was my fault for not looking clearly enough to see that they were closed because of the Hurricane in Florida. Sometimes it takes more than 4-5 days & that's usually because of it being shipped by the mailman & not UPS which can be a little longer sometimes. Good company that usually reaches out within the hour by Email or phone sometimes! I've been buying from them for 2 years now.My only complaint would be or advice if I'm paying $10 for shipping it would be nice to have them shipped by UPS and not regular mail, but I guess I could opt. for $30 shipping (which is high for me ?) but it's not their fault. So yes 5 ⭐
