chair looked nice, but the assembly was a pain in the a**. whoever engineered the screwholes, was (let me put it nicely) someone who hates customers. would i buy again, nope. BUT the customer service did their best to help. and the chair was quite cheap.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Lieferung der Couch erfolgte innerhalb einer Woche, allerdings wurde ich erst vom Lieferdienst über den Zustellungstermin informiert (eine Vorabemail oder ein Link zum Sendungsverlauf ist mir entgangen).

Ordered 3 weeks ago still waiting, disappointed ☹️ in the website mentions delivery within 4 working days. I don’t even know it’s going to arrive at all. Since 2 weeks it is in the GLS point somewhere in The Netherlands. No further updates regarding delivery.
