Ich denke das Gerät an sich wäre gar nicht schlecht. Die Abwicklung ist völlig unbrauchbar!

1. Ich bestelle im Web-Shop und gebe meine Kreditkarte wie vorgegeben als Zahlungsmittel an. Bestellung wird gelöscht, weil Geld nicht eingegangen! Kreditkarte wurde von Deleks nie belastet.
2. Ich erhalte eine E-Mail, die als Auftragsbestätigung bezeichnet ist, obwohl es ein Angebot ist!
3. Das Gerat kommt. Bedienungsanleitung fehlt.
4. Beim Zusammenbau stelle ich fest, dass hydraulische Verbindungselemente nicht montiert sind. Teile werden per Standardversand verschickt, obwohl ich extra Express gefordert habe.
5. Mähbalken läuft nicht. Ich muss auf Ursachensuche gehen. Stelle fest, dass das Magnetventil defekt. Fordere Ersatz an. Zusage bekomme ich aber erst nachdem ich immer wieder Fragen beantworte.
6. Ersatzteil wird Tage-/Wochenlang nicht verschickt!
