I purchased my property in Northern Ireland and they were able to find me a lender even during turbulent Trussenomics mortgage rates even with a not great credit score. My experience with Luke & Rhianna has been excellent!
My partner has recently became self employed and our fixed rate mortgage was coming to an end. We didn't have a year's accounts to use as proof of income and I was struggling to find a lender that would re-mortgage using only my income - Luke & Rhianna sourced a mortgage that was exactly what we needed.
