The emails it generates are so useful for new and existing clients, especially the list of actions and I've had great feedback from my clients. The client summary gives a useful overview of the client's personal and financial position so quickly and it actually prompts you with things you may want to ask the client about based on your previous discussions ... to me it's like magic. At this stage I am simply recording the meeting notes, copying and pasting into Claras.ai and it generates the file note and a follow up email template to send to clients. Even with highly complex client scenarios it has accurately captured key information and the file notes are presented in a way that is better than what I was previously doing and still ticks all of the compliance boxes. Estimated time saving for complex initial advice about 45 minutes per file note.
