We had such high hopes when we saw the companies that my-furniture worked with on their website and we were excited to get our new table but we were badly let down and have concerns for others purchasing. When you read the reviews you do see a combative , defensive approach that is centred around what is best for the company and its profits and not the individual customer. They are gracious in positive feedback but borderline rude when it is not favorable. We ordered a beautiful marble dining table which, when opened by a specialist contractor on site at our house who was fitting our kitchen worktop , we discovered was broken all the way through. my-furniture quickly refused to replace as we hadn’t opened the parcel within 14 days. The contractor instantly recognised that a hugely heavy marble should not be delivered protected in polystyrene and cardboard. It requires more sturdy packaging like wood as the weight of such a large piece of marble will have various issues in transit if not handled appropriately. My-furnitures defense was they could not claim their courier company as it was after 14 days so they weren’t prepared to do anything. All financial responsibility is left with the individual customer and profits are at the forefront of any decision, not the customer. The item has clearly ever been used or even out of its packaging. Awful customer service and if you scroll enough you will see many siting similar issues.

We loved this table when it arrived however within a few days the base had cracked from top to bottom - a replacement base was sent with no issues however this base then also cracked within the first week, we were told this is a common problem. Wanting to get another new base we were told the company couldn’t help as we didn’t have the original HUGE boxes that it came in, also didn’t think to keep these given we didn’t expect a table of this value to crack. If you have the space to keep them then do otherwise they will decline a return if with admitting the product being faulty.
Quick responses however absolutely no help at all just wanted to give £150 compensation when all we want is a table that isn’t cracked.
Wouldn’t recommend this product as if in any sunlight at all the cracks appear

I’m very happy with my furniture, I cannot fault the experience at all from order to delivery. The product is as described, looks great in my hallway and it was a perfect handover, delicately handled at delivery. I would buy from them again.
