From booking right through the training, I was aware and felt that, Specialised Training Services was there for me with ongoing support, no problem was to big or small with regular checks on my progress from start to finish, with the professional training and encouragement that I received, I am over the moon to say, I passed both certifications that I applied for, thank you for good job done.

They were very bad with communication & just made the tests & training without telling me.
When I tried to ring them I couldn't get through.
I would not recommend them at all & need some customer service training.

Within a week, my module 2 and week driver training was booked. Even after passing my module 2, the module 4 was booked that day. The driving school they sent me to was amazing, they got me straight through my cat c+e. Would recommend to anybody.
