"So delicious!!"
I am delighted to have joined Lajina's Curry Club and to have learned a whole host of delicious dishes, in particular the recipe for a basic curry, using Lajina's excellent blend of ground spices; and also the "cheat" naan bread recipe, which is so easy and useful and works every time. I find that using Lajina's "Curry Masala" gives a huge depth to the flavour of the curry and it is a truly authentic taste, unlike most of the bland jars of curry paste the you can buy in the shops.
Lajina's live cooking online is a great thing to build your confidence because she demonstrates step-by-step and you get practical tips that you can never find by just following a recipe. For example, watching Lajina live online, I learned a really simple trick how to get your naan breads to be perfectly round and how to stop the flour from sticking to the dough.
Great recipes, great spices and a delicious outcome every time!

"Love Lajinamasala!"
Lajina's spice blends are really something else! Freshly ground fragrant spices, exceptionally well balanced. We are curry addicts in this house and only use Lajina's spices now. Not just for curry either, a pinch or a spoonful finds its was into a lot of our daily cooking!
We joined Curry Club for a bit of interest during lockdown, and it's been such a great decision. We are both reasonable cooks, but Lajina's recipes, tips and live cook-ins have extended our recipe repertoire and the cooking and the eating of our new discoveries have been such fun. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for this lovely lady - she really goes out of her way to make sure everybody gets the best from the club. Lajina's enthusiasm is infectious and her expertise in 'all things curry' is inspirational.
Would thoroughly recommend both the spices and the Curry Club. Whether you are new to cooking or are a seasoned professional you will not be sorry you discovered lajinamasala!

"Lajina's Spices full of flavour"
Have used Lajina's spices for some time now. I am not the most enthusiastic cook at the best of times! The spices make it very simple though to make a curry that way supersedes retaurant quality, from your home. The directions are very simple and foolproof. Would recommend them to anyone and the Curry Club is a great idea. Thank you Lajina!

"Fabulous Curry Club!"
I can thoroughly recommend Lajina and her wonderful Curry Club. The spices are beautifully fragrant and fabulous to use but in addition I have so much enjoyed the cooking and learning experience provided by Lajina through the month. I make curry regularly but in a couple of months have learnt totally different ways to cook base curries, Naan and side dishes, totally widening my expertise.
I signed up initially for three months but have no hesitation in signing up for further subscriptions. I live on a remote island in Scotland and this is a wonderful way to be part of Lajina's classes which I would normally be unable to attend. Thank you Lajina!

"Thoroughly recommended"
Lajina is brilliant, her curry club is great fun to be part of. Not only are you learning how to cook delicious curries, rice and breads (all skills which help with everyday cooking too, like how to cook an onion properly) but she makes sure it is fun too. She is a skilled chef and a fabulous teacher.

"A perfectly spiced no-brainer!"
I’m a member of Lajina’s Curry Club and swear by her spices and recipes. I’ve never been a very confident chef, but Lajina’s guidance, easy to follow recipes and foolproof spice blends have meant not only have I produced some amazing meals, but I’ve enjoyed the process of creating them and sharing them with the people I love.
The brilliant thing is, the recipes are so adaptable and the techniques Lajina teaches are really useful across plenty of other dishes too, Indian inspired or otherwise! It also helps that she happens to be wonderfully helpful and encouraging too.
I couldn’t recommend the Curry Club more highly, and think every kitchen needs a few Lajina spices in the cupboard for when you need to really impress or just want to thoroughly enjoy the food you’re creating. Thanks for giving me the passion to get in the kitchen!

"I decided to join Lajina's Curry Club…"
I decided to join Lajina's Curry Club as I had been at home shielding and felt that I needed to get outside of my comfort zone and learn something new. I have been home cooking for 60+ years, but not really got into Indian Cuisine although I have previously bought some spice blends from Lajina Masala, knew of her cookery classes, and sadly never been able to attend any.
I am loving being part of the Curry Club, the on-line classes are great fun and available to watch afterwards as many times as we wish, the spices we are sent are amazing and the recipes to create with them are fab. I signed up for 3 months and am hoping to keep going for a long time. A great community is developing on FB too as we share our successes and very occasional failures with great photos. Not a failure as such, but my naan breads are still very much a work in progress, but they taste pretty good!
Nothing is too much trouble for Lajina and the lessons are a family affair with her husband and son doing the filming and relaying and answering our queries via Facebook private group.
My husband is being served up a new curry dish or accompanying side dish every few days, much to his delight.
