"No updates, late order"

I placed my order, waited 48 hours, spent a few days ringing/emailing/messaging on social to try and get an update on my order as there was no tracking info included. Eventually spoke to someone who confirmed my order had an issue. A week after ordering I received my order.

I found it very useful that I could phone the company , and the phone number is available on their site , most company’s it by e. Mail or via an automated chat. Talking to someone directly makes things so much easier and quicker without frustration, will certainly use and recommend claddtec again
