ein schwierig zu findendes, und an keinem Ladentisch prompt erhältliches Teil (Abdeck-Dichtung oberhalb des oberen Steuerkopflagers für Cannondale Lefty) hab ich hier gefunden und binnen 2 Tagen in Händen gehabt

Update: they have apologised and given me a voucher, so I gave them a chance again and this time the product was not open and it worked as it should. So a lot better and more like it use to be (have ordered there a lot and never had any problems before this)

this is my first bad review of any shop ever.

Been a loyal customer for years.
they are not always the cheapest ore the fastest, but they have been reasonable.

It is first when they sent me a used product that was broken, I found out how bad customer service they have.

—I paid for and expected a new product, but got a product that was clearly opened and then taped shut, with manual missing and it ended up being defective

-they wait 12 days before coming to the conclusion that I have to pay for packing and printing a return label (they did pay for that, as long as I print it) to sent the used product back to them. There is communication between us, but they are very slow to answer (sometimes 3-4 days, where I still had to press them for a answer)

- then I have to wait a least a week again (2-3 before they have the product and 2-3 days before I have a new one again)

I suggest that they sent me a new product with a return label (don’t have a printer) and then I could use the packing (don’t have boxes laying around) and label and sent the used and defective product back to them, so I didn’t have to wait and pay for a box.
This was apparently not a good plan, because of the value of the product (420 euro)…I spent well over 3000euro there, but now I am going to cheat them?!? Come on…

it is okay as long as you don’t need any customer service, but if or when you gonna need that, get ready for a slow and disappointing treatment. I will never shop there again

Ich habe bisher alles was ich benötigt habe hier problemlos und in einer sehr guten Qualität bekommen. Das ganze zu einem für mich angemessenem Preis dem ich auch gerne bezahle. Getreu dem Motto“ Was nichts kostet taugt auch nichts“. Rückversand auch problemlos, selbst wenn ich was falsches bestellt habe. Wenn ich was benötige, dann gucke ich zuerst hier. Ich werde auch weiter hier Kunde bleiben..

Ich habe nach fast zwei Wochen noch nichts erhalten, obwohl alle Artikel bei der Bestellung als kurzfristig lieferbar ausgewiesen waren.
