"Worst service"

The delivery agent took money twice.. Now neither allow innoware is refunding not the delivery agent. Worst service.

They send 4 piece containers set twice. First time 3 were completely shattered glass.They offered to replace them. Second time also got shattered containers. Sorry if you guys can't ship your products which are all glass products carefully then stop doing business.

I am yet to receive the item (two Borosil airtight containers) I have ordered more than a week back. And no information so far on when it could be delivered to our place. It is total disappointment.
