Jen and Ian are amazing!! We stumbled upon them over 6 years ago now when we were looking for a boarder for our reactive beagle. I was worried that we might never find somewhere she would be comfortable going but I needn't have worried. From the first moment, Jen and Ian were amazing with her and she has been happy to go there ever since. Visitors to the house are not her favourite thing but when Jen arrives to collect her she happily goes to meet her and always has a last hug with Ian before coming home. When we got a puppy last year they were amazing with her too and have been so helpful with advice or guidance when needed. They truly are the most fabulous doggy people you could meet and we know our two are with their second family when they are there!

I have used Swat Pets for in the region of ten years now and cannot speak too highly for the level of care that Jen provides for my cats. I work away a lot and so use the service at least once a month and it has always been friendly, trustworthy and met my pets and my needs.

"Superb Doggy Day Care and Overnight Boarding"

I have a needy re-homed cocker spaniel who stays with Jen & Ian (Swat Pets) for both Doggy Day Care and overnight boarding. I also have a menagerie at home that may need home visits at some point!

The love, care and attention they receive is second to none. They have worked very hard to ensure their home and garden is a safe and welcoming environment and your beloved pets are treated as if they were one of their own. Their level of expertise, skill, knowledge and experience leaves you feeling confident they will cope with whatever a needy cocker spaniel may throw at them!

They are reliable with great communication and easy booking. Initial contact led to a visit where Asha (cocker) was assessed to see if she was suitable and would fit in with all their other visiting dogs. A comprehensive questionnaire was completed including particulars about vets and inoculations.

They also offer day visits to your home to feed and care for pets if you are away - I have no hesitation whatsoever in employing them to do this for me. In fact I would feel very happy and secure in the knowledge they were visiting and know my pets would get the best service possible. Both Jen and Ian have that instinctive eye that spots the smallest detail that could indicate a problem or a behaviour that needs looking into.

You are billed monthly with easy options for payment.

In essence, they are fab and their top priority is the animals in their care.
