Maintenance downtime happens from time to time, but rarely an issue.
A little bit too demanding when their automatic payment system fails and customers are requested to make manual payments instead.
Otherwise, performance and service very good.

Our plug unit powering the router got really hot, and the internet became very slow, so I rang Tom and left a message.
One hour and a half later his colleague Jack arrived, knocked on the door, diagnosed the problem, replaced the unit, got our Netflix up and running ( we are useless at tech).
