"Asked for a quote got nothing"

Guy on the phone seemed disinterested and never provided a quote since he never rang back so I bought the scaffold tower elsewhere

There found there was a mix up in communication because when we arrived, after phoning in the morning to ask if they had certain size stock on site (and going to the trouble of hiring a trailer and driving 1hr to get there) we were told they actually didn't have the size we wanted. It was sorted quickly with the next size up being offered at the price of the other. We were happy and hadn't made a wasted trip. The transaction was easy too and we had help loading onto the trailer. We have since used the scaffolding to paint the whole exterior of a 2 storey weatherboard house and repair/replace all the guttering and fascia. If did not let us down, we felt safe using it, and we were happy with our purchase. It packed away nicely in the garage for when we next need it. Overall we would highly recommend this company.

I was similarly impressed by the service, knowledge and their product. Unfortunately it is made in China - but how could we afford a locally made product ?
Regardless the basic product has been fantastic and served my needs well, When I wanted to add a little extra a couple of years later, the staff were the same keen helpful crew.
