Fran provided a very detailed and thorough homebuyers report that was well organised and easy to follow. We received a call on the day of the inspection informing us of what she encountered which was really helpful as we were able to react to the advice prior to receiving the report that arrived 5 days later. Fran also provided recommendations for tradesmen to carry out the work required.
I would highly recommend her to anyone. It was a highly efficient service with excellent communication displayed throughout the process.
