After almost 3 years of diligently working together with Elena from deVere-Italia, we concluded all my pension transfer (3 from 2 jurisdictions). I provided a review before about my process approx 1 year ago and now I can say its complete and my money is finally safe where I can have more control and growing very nicely. The UK processes were really heavy administratively and the teams of the UK pensions from which I was transferring the money made no effort to service me as a client, they provided many hurdles and it felt like they were increasing the hurdles constantly. With one of them the communication was really cumbersome (only via printed mail, with letters taking 3 weeks to arrive to the country where I live). It was one of the most frustrating experience I ever had.
Thanks to Elena for continuously staying on top of it and spending endless hours chasing the complete and secure transfer of my pensions.
