The merchandise was fine. I'm only giving two stars because of the extra costs which were added on after the initial purchase. The items I purchased started out at $9.99 each. I purchased 57 of them. The 'multiple address fee' and the shipping added on nearly tripled the price of each item.

Perfection! Purchased eight leadership tumblers in different colors. They arrived on time and were the perfect acknowledgment gifts for our team and program. The finishes were radiant blues and reds, and the charcoal, black, blue shale like colors were also beautifully done. The words were clear and easy to read on the side. Thanks for great service.

I was having a quantity issue when placing the order but, the chat option and the gentleman who assisted was the BEST customer service I have received from an online company in years. The issue was immediately rectified.
