Absolute SCAM artist - they will ask you for more and more money. After you cut ties with them after being ripped off for thousands of dollars they will call you constantly, insisting they own your company logo and you owe them or else you are going to jail and you will be fined $75,000. I paid these people thousands and got nothing in return. They are a true SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible Experience! As a retiree I just wanted a place to tell my story in a not-for-profit webpage. I paid $14,000 as quoted and insisted on a lump sum amount with no recurring hidden maintenance fees. I paid extra money lump sum for this. A few months later I was hit with dubious fees which were "beyond the control" of Olive Web Studios. The amounts began to accumulate to about $7,000 in "one'time" fees which I could no longer afford to pay. As a result, Olive Web shut down my web site and I have nothing to show for it. Better Business Bureau will not even endorse this company any longer due to the number of complaints filed. Check the BBB rating and consumer complaints before doing business with this company. Last straw for me was Olive Web Studios wanting $1,400 for domain fees in order to access my already paid for domain.

"Professional and require you to provide your vision, not theirs"
Good people, professional and articulate for what its worth. Worked with me during a very trying time in my life when I needed a helping hand. Have a detailed process that is transparent and they help guide you through with them.
They move fast as long as you move fast with them. There will be many times that they will need input from you to constantly make sure that they are designing and developing the product you have envisioned, not just assume whatever they think decision should be made and make it the way they see things. They want to create your vision, not theirs.
And they are FAST, so..... make sure that you constantly are looking out for their communication to you however you chose to be communicated with via call, text, email, etc. If you don't communicate back with what your vision is then you will only be prolonging the process that they can actually complete very quickly. (I emphasise this because I was horrible with my communication which hindered my progress because I always was expecting them to take longer then they did. So very fast, keep up and you will be thoroughly pleased and keep the positive momentum rolling on both ends of the stick!)
Good company, a lot of structure, again good people, smart teams, great work ethic, FAST! 5 Stars here.

"Horrible experience"
Horrible experience. Very attentive in the beginning in order to get my business and then took months to complete. I feel the whole company is a scam. It is quite obvious that the workers are Indian (THAT IS NOT A PROBLEM). The problem is that they give American names as their own. That should have been a red flag right there. I have gone back and forth with corrections and finally had to hire someone privately to do them for me. The final straw is that I have fillable forms on my website. On top of being difficult to fill out, once a client filled out the form, it disappeared. I called Olive Web and asked where to find the form. I was told to give them 2 hours to look into it. In the meantime, how does this make me look to my clients?

"Unprofessionally costumer service"
I’m very disappointed with the costumer service for this website! Their refund policy isn’t transparent and misleading the costumers.I have placed an order with this website and the result were not satisfactory ,once I have asked for the refund they told me the refund is not applicable.I would like to make aware the future costumers and do not trust this website.
