I purchased my first Rolex watch from Ride On Time after coming across their page on Instagram. Jordan was so helpful and gave me advice on what would be the best option for me within my budget via WhatsApp. He sent me pictures and videos of different watches and took the time to get his partner to try them on so I could see how they looked on a female wrist. He was not pushy and gave me time to think about my purchase. When I went to collect my watch it was in immaculate condition. He talked me through the certificates and guarantees included so that I could be sure of it’s authenticity and 4 months on I am still so happy with my watch. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again!

Bought another Rolex from Jordan this week and as always the service I received was top class. I was nervous spending a large amount online so wanted to collect and the customer service and hospitality at his office was excellent. My second purchase was posted to me which also had great communication throughout. I love my Rolex’s but I think the Daytona is now my new favourite. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Jordan at Ride On Time and look forward to buying my next piece! Cheers. Jeff
