"Call this a knock shop??!"

Second time I've tried to order a door knocker from this place and both times failed. First time I received no confirmation, had to track down the company and check when the delivery would arrive. I was just given a refund.
Second time I received an order confirmation and two days later received an email informing me I'd be getting a refund. They clearly have no knockers left... Embarrassing given the website is called doorknockers.co.uk

If you dont have any door knockers left can you stop selling them?.. or at least put an out of stock notice up?
