"New Orangery"

Lochinvar are like a family, everyone in the team works together and it feels like a very personalised experience from the moment Gary came to give us quote for our Orangery, right through to the end. The labourers, joiners, electricians, plumber, roofer and plasterer are all professional and friendly and left everything tidy. A special shout out to Marshall and Mark the joiners who came in to save the day and felt like friends by the end of it. We had a bit of a hic up at the very beginning when every cable line and pipe connection to the bungalow was cut (always get them to check first where your broadband joins the house etc) but they fixed the electricity supply to the garage free of charge. Asbestos was found in the roof (no fault of theirs, it was sorted), would highly recommend Lochinvar.

We have just had our new sunroom completed by Lochinvar, and are more than pleased & satisfied with the finished product.
We had a basic idea of what we wanted, but were given additional ideas & concepts by Gary at the initial meeting that pulled everything together.
Mark the architect also explained what was & wasn't possible at the design stage.
All trades were skillful & tidy workers, explained what was happening, and the job was completed with the minimum amount of mess & disruption.
There was also the opportunity to make slight amendments to the the original specification throughout each phase once we saw the build taking shape.
All materials were of a high quality.
Payment was only taken on completion of each phase of the build, and done to our satisfaction.
Many thanks to Chic, Gary and the rest of the staff for giving us a great new sunroom which is even better than imagined.

"2 Story Extension "

Lochinvar provided us with a full turnkey package of a 2 story extension, and were helpful and clear from the outset of our engagement. We were walked through each step of the process and kept updated along the way. On commencing work the programme and payment schedule was defined and clear. Once the team started the work was very well executed and seamless. Any issues uncovered were dealt with professionally and diligently from the excellent team of Jim and Fraser (The A-Team), who were exceptional from communicating to workmanship. We couldn’t have asked or dreamed of such a hassle-free project and especially the way the whole project was delivered, there was very little impact to surrounding areas of the house whilst the work was undertaken. We have done multiple home improvements, but none have come close to the absolutely fantastic experience we have had from Lochinvar. From the office team, contracts team, delivery team and after care team, all have been absolutely first class and a credit to their industry. We cannot recommend Lochinvar highly enough as they were a dream to work with. Thanks all!

What can I say, but the team at Lochinvar were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Everyone, from the labourers, joiners, electricians, plumber, plasterer, decorator, Chic, Gary and Chyvonne, were so professional, and the finished result is a tribute to them all. They completed what was a high spec extension garden room with exacting detail, right down to sourcing a company to instal the zinc cladding. I would not hesitate to recommend this great local company.
