Absolutely love Modelle! Especially the sleeved jilbabs, beautiful high quality fabric and design and at such a low price compared to my local boutiques. I’m so happy with my purchase that I bought another jilbab today, the selection of colours are also gorgeous and rare to find...the dusty pink and grey blue. Don’t even bother ordering from this store! I returned items in June 2020 and have been following up until now (March 2021) and have not received a refund or credit for any of the items I returned, which was several hundred dollars worth of clothing. I have emailed them many many times over the last 10 months, and during this time only received one reply from them that didn’t resolve anything. Don’t even bother ordering anything - they are completely useless with customer service and it is not worth the risk. I think they are a dishonest business and unfortunately I can’t recommend for anyone to shop here. Don’t support businesses like this that just want to steal your money. I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

I ordered 3 skirts 1 size 8 and 2 size 10. The size 8 was fine because it wasn't the modelle brand. But the other 2 was way too tight, more so than the 8. Which was pretty stupid. I'd never buy from them again. One of the skirts was also folded from the bottom and the stitching was terrible. When package arrived there was no return slip, so now I've contacted them waiting for them to email it to me so I can return the skirts. Horrible customer service.

I got a few items delivered to me and I tried them and some weren’t as I imagined in me and wasn’t happy. So I went to the shop near me to return some of the items and they weren’t able to return any for me which was very disappointing
