I brought an Arken scope from the site a few weeks ago, great price, great comms, tracked and came the next day - perfect.

Given my positive experience, I ordered a scope to go on a new HW97 plinker I had just brought. A couple of hours later (and with a tape measure) I realised that the scope I ordered was going to be a little too long. I contacted Nick and his team and asked for an alternative, compact, scope instead. Quick to reply they swapped it and sorted everything for dispatch today. I made things even more difficult by separately ordering a tripod benchrest but they realised I was the same customer and mentioned all items are to arrive together.

I can't fault them. Thanks guys!

Then I ordered the Magnetospeed Sporter later that day, Monday was New Years Day, a bank Holiday so it was shipped on Tuesday, I assume, and I received it on Thursday morning in County Kildare, Ireland. That is fantastic service, well done March.
