I placed my order almost a week ago. My jackets are yet to be shipped, and the worst part by far is that I have been trying to reach out (Email, WhatsApp, Call, and the website chat feature) to the company to inquire on the status of my order and there has been no response as of yet apart from the chatbot on the website!

There was a delay in completing my order (Ostrich Leather Jacket). However, the representative included a small gift as a means of an apology on behalf of Reggenza. I love the jacket, great quality and nice color. The jacket has elegant qualities such as the texture and emblems on the jacket. I only have one complaint, the jacket should have been packaged and delivered in a box, not plastic.
