i went to wellness massage lexden for a massage and was met by andy a very pleasent man and we talked about my needs for a massage he was very thorough with the explanation of what i needed and his vast experience helped me greatly i had a great massage because of the skill that andy had i will for sure will be going back !! 5 star review is a understatement

This is the second massage I have had with Andy.
I had one 2 weeks earlier as my back and legs were very knotty and tight due to too much computer work and general day to day usage.
He immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and advised me on the best massage type for my body and condition. I'm 60!
The great thing about Andy is he knows his subject and you can turn the pressure up or down, depending on how you feel. Some masseuse only have one dial which isn't always good if you want a deeper massage in certain areas. I felt lighter and more flexible afterwards and noticed the difference the following day. Andy will now be my regular go to!

From start to finish Andy was friendly, considerate and professional.
After taking a medical history he explained clearly how Lymphatic Drainage worked and what would happen throughout my appointment.
Lovely comfortable massage bed , great ambiance with dimmed lights and background music made it a really relaxing experience.
Afterwards I could immediately feel a difference and felt more comfortable than when I arrived .
Given clear advice following my session and I look forward to booking again .

Had my 2nd massage today with Andy (hot stone massage) and i must say the best massage I have ever had, Andy makes you feel really comfortable, and always ensures you are okay throughout the massage.
I have been having alot of issues with my back and neck, and suffering from 15 to 20 headaches a month, since my last massage a week ago the headache intensity has subsided, but still early days.
Have booked my 3rd massage and hope I continue to feel the benefits.
