Since taking Optibac, my gut has functioned better than for years. I used to make my own sauerkraut and kefir, and eat them daily - but frankly, optibac works better for me (and is considerably easier all round)

I’ve been using the Daily ones for some years now and the ones for Women.. which was great during peri menopause.. when I thought I had a uti / thrush.. cleared up the problem very quickly.

I’ve now bought the Pregnancy ones for my daughter. … I’ll let her be on them a while before any comments.. but I’m sure is all good.
