My order was delivered into a post box . The delivery person photographed this so I know it was there . When I checked the box was gone !. Optibac has repleced this order without any question . £ 52 worth ! I really apprecite this and think this is a very fine policy and they are to be congratulated

I don't know why, but I haven't received my order or had a response after asking where my order is at?? I paid extra for express delivery and that was 5 days ago. This isn't really on, my order was £40+ with delivery £50. What the heck is going on? Poor customer service to not even get back to via email after asking where my order is??
