I decided to take Optibac for Those on Antibiotics owing to the very detailed information the company provided on its site . I have to take rifaximin every other month, so I need a very good probiotic to avoid serious complications
I did a lot of internet research and the best probiotic was Optibac . It contains the most important bacteria to avoid a complication with clostridium infection, it is easy to take ,one capsule per day, it can be taken at the same time as the antibiotic, it is not destroyed by stomach acid and it doesn't have to be kept in the fridge. So it is very convenient even for those who go to work.
I still needed more advice, so I emailed the company and was very impressed by the prompt, professional and very detailed personalized advice I received. It is not just a medicine you take, you have a specialist there to answer all your questions . That is great!
I feel very well with Optibac, and I consider it an excellent choice.

I am now on my 2nd month & very satisfied with the results & the service. One point: if possible, can the Bifido & fibre be dispensed in strong paper tubes, not plastic? You've already made the change with the bifido tablets by dispensing in glass jars. Thanks.
