Loretta looked after us today her customer service was just perfect not too pushy but knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of stock to choose from in a multitude of fabrics. We are very happy with what we chose.

The sales assistants were very helpful and friendly. There's a good selection of sofas available at reasonable prices. The sales assistant I dealt with (Jonny) was a great help and explained the various care packages available. I would definitely recommend sofatime to others based on my experience

"From start to finish it was poor"

From start to finish it was poor. twice it was the wrong order, then it was not all delivered at the same time ,then we had to re order the item that was missing.
Staff need more training to say the least. No notification on delivery either couriers just turn up and expect you to be at home.
