Bought a men’s backpack and it’s pretty rad! I was looking everywhere for something with color from Louis and glad I found YOLO. The item was used but it doesn’t look that way. The quality is excellent. I feel good about what I paid for it. The item was cheaper than a bunch of other sites I checked. I live in Jax so YOLO dropped it off a couple of days after the purchase. I highly recommend!

I was very excited to order an older coach bag from this website. It was shipped fast, but when it arrived, the leather strap instantly cracked in half. I reached out to customer service and while they were kind, they only gave me three options of a replacement to choose from. No returns allowed. The three options were not really my style, but I chose what I thought was the best one. Again it was shipped fast and packaged well, but it smelled like cigarettes so I ended up donating both bags. Will definitely not be ordering again.

Received my item in and not all information was disclosed on an excellent rating from the site. The key to the lock was not with the clutch and that is an essential item. It should have been notated forthwith. If it had I would have looked elsewhere for the exact item purchased.
