We were not sure what oven to choose. After looking round for a while we were offered help by a staff member. When we told him what we were after and what space we had, he looked at us and said "what colour do you want?" we replied "white" and he said "you need that one." We were really glad we chose Ruislip Appliances as the staff were informative and helpful, and made our choice easy. Fell down a bit with delivery though. We were buying a cooker as old one had blown up completely and every day we waited was another day with nothing to cook on, absolutely nothing. Then our delivery date was not noted down and we waited in all one day to no avail. This meant even more days with no cooking facilities. Final delivery was made with little comment ( Zanussi men, not Ruislip App) and now all is fine, cooker's good, and we hope will continue so for many a day.

Recently bought a graded Bosch dishwasher and got a great bargain. Most of the white goods in my house and rental properties are purchased from Ruislip Appliances. Wether I buy graded or new stock they always work perfectly and are competitively priced. After sales support, when required, has always been fantastic. We were limited in our choice because the space available , we would have chosen a BOSCH if they had still made the same size because the previous one had given good service.The LIEBHERR fridge freezer is the size we needed and it quietly does every thing we expect it to do, so we are very pleased with it.

Ordered and bought my built in oven for it to be installed and the old one taken away. Unfortunately when the old cooker was removed it was found to be just plugged in - shock and horror. Consequently the new in built cooker is now sitting in my spare bedroom. The men who came were excellent and made a point of writing on the delivery note that it could not be installed. I rang the shop and they re-imbursed me immediately.
