I hired this agency to build me a website and an app for my business. The deal was to complete the project within 2 weeks. It took them over 2 months to only complete the website which looked decent. The ackend system was never designed and they never completed the app that i paid for it. I hired another agency and they completed a new website within a week. The app is almost done and im very happy with the new agency. I filed a dispute with Capital One and were still waiting for a refund. Meanwhile I received an email from their customer service named Pearl Dominic agreeing to pay me back for those 3 separate charges and drop the dispute with my credit card company and then 3 days later she lied and changed her story. Still waiting to get paid and I am going to contact other government agencies to not allow such businesses to conduct unethical business in USA.

I like to inform others that design crocx is a scam I wasn't given the web hosting services they promised I was told by project manager 3 months when I had my website designed I paid $320.00 1 year dedicated server as I thought. But I found out 2 months later I had shared hosting as my service. After 4 months suddenly my website connection service was disrupted my website is gone now. So I called them told them about the issue now they telling me to pay more money to get my website restored. I asked that why do I have pay more money for service I already paid for. The project manager that did my website is no longer with the company now. So, the staff in that company trying make me pay more for something not even my faught it was their former colleague fault this company has been costing me money ever since. I urge please don't use this design company they have bad reputation. Stay Away from this web company.

THEY STOLE OVER $6000 AND HAVE BEEN GIVEN OVER 3 CHANCES TO SHOW ME A FUNCTIONING WEBSITE!!! I HAVE REQUESTED MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND!!! VERY SLICK AND EVERYTIME I GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, NOTHING THEY SHOWED ME WAS A FUNCTIONING WEBSITE. I ACTUALLY SENT THEM A DESIGN AND STILL NOTHING!

"SCAMMERS"

I have been trying for months to get a refund. I paid $1200 for 6 months of SEO optimization. After three months they stopped responding to my phone calls. They only answer if I call from another number other than mine. I could not dispute it with my credit card co because it had been after 3 months which they did intentionally. Since June, I have been calling each week trying to get my money back. Please do not trust this company or pay for services up front. I am normally very cautious when I do business and this is the first time I have been scammed by a company.


In response to their email....I paid $1200 for 6 months of SEO service and "received 3 months". They stopped responding to emails and said they were done working with me. I was refunded $720 for the website service that wasn't finished and ended up doing it myself. I asked to receive the SEO service that I paid up front for with no response. Mind you the cost is now $600 for six months. Do not pay for anything upfront from these people.

"This company is the absolute WORST!!!!"

This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. When you call them on the phone it is always out of service or you get a reply that they are in a meeting. Please DO NOT use this company and look elsewhere. I'm so happy I stopped with them doing my logo and that was a nightmare and I still do not have what I asked for.

This place is a sham and will steal your money, lie and not produce the items that the advertise and you pay for. Then when you try to call, when they cannot own up to their obligations, they literally block your number. This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my nearly 50 years of life. You could find 100 companies that are better, cheaper, more professional and trustworthy than this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at ALL.

I hired this company to design a website and a logo. I paid 700 candian dollars and I was told that the package deal was for an ecommerce website. I was told that there was this huge sale that the package was worth 2500 dollars. This was not the case at all. The first designers for the website were terrible and then someone else took over and that was just as deceiving. I could not get the website custom made they did not make any changes to the website that I asked for. There was suppose to be professional writers which there was no proof of. When I told them I needed the website to be ecommerce friendly like what they had promised me in the beginning they wanted another 1400 dollars US. I asked for my refund like their website had promised and then they ghosted me.

My experience with Design Crocx has been very positive. It got me out from a really tight spot and we have ended up with a beautiful site to be proud of.

Earlier this year I went to the administrative back end of our 10 year old Joomla site and received a pop-up that said Access Denied. Blue Host's IT was only able to speculate that the site had been hacked. Desperate for a solution I googled and found Design Crocx .

Initially, I was told that the only way to resolve the issue was to rebuild the site (something I should have looked into years ago). worldbeatinternational.com had become massive and clumsy. A migration to a word press format would allow me to trim old content which I no longer used and rebuild on a much more solid and user-friendly platform.

After seeing a template for the new design, I worked through one weekend to provide the Design Crocx team with instructions and materials which would enhance the appearance, allow me to upload new content each week and would reflect our unique vision for contemporary global music.

With Steve and later, Ethan the new design began taking shape and now we have a home page at worldbeatinternational.com we can be proud to welcome visitors to.

The value we received for the amount of work done was an incredibly good deal. Design Crocx eventually would become our new server and maintenance provider at a far more reasonable price than what I was paying Blue Host, Site Lock etc.

I won't lie. It took a great deal of time to complete, but the site was up and running as rough beta again within a month.

My wife has previous experience with maintaining a Word Press site and she's gradually tutoring me. Design Crocx has provided both of us with helpful video tutorials and I have no doubt we'll quickly become proficient at adding in new content. Steve and Ethan have been a pleasure to work with, listening to our questions and resolving small issues. Now, having purchased their very reasonable Maintenance Package, we've been assigned Ronn to look after our account and to be there for us as issues and questions arise down the road.

This was all accomplished through emails and text messages, which, during a pandemic proved to be not only convenient but essential. Our Design Crocx representatives have shown themselves to be knowledgeable, personable and great to deal with. The whole process has been a leap of faith for us, but Design Crocx has made the journey a pleasure and we're thrilled with the results. Highly recommended!
