Great products and service. I like the fact also that they really do look at reviews and customer feedback. On a review regarding lipstick I mentioned that although I loved the colour, I had trouble making lipstick stay on. The web site is easy to use and delivery is prompt. There are a number of useful videos to help you to choose colour combinations and how to apply the make up. Models are of all ages and this helps more mature customers like myself. As we age our skin changes, hair colour changes and we may need extra encouragement to explore those transitions. The products are cruelty free, paraben free. I use them every day.

I ordered the colour grace and I was sent a peachy colour that was not the same as the colour I had before. I sent an email but no reply. Very disappointed in customer service for an expensive lipstick.
