"I was disappointed"
I find it hard to believe the hype that this was designed at MIT. Fabric is way too porous, filters are thin, shed when touched and very difficult to insert properly. There are many far superior masks available at significantly lower price. Customer service is responsive but rather patronizing.

"Don’t back up their promotions"
Customer service is quick and polite but they were unable to provide actual service. Perhaps they’re tightly constrained, but I ordered 3 shirts instead of my planned one as they had a general promotion where if you buy 3 or more of one item you get 15% off-great! I had a $50 off first purchase coupon from a referral as well and had signed up via email to get $15 off. When I added my coupon the 15% fell off and I was unable to add the email sign-up $15. I figured this was surely a mistake as there was no text saying you could not combine them and the general promotion was a bundle promotion as a opposed to a first-time-only discount and placed my order. Customer service refused to acknowledge either the $15 off or the 15% off. I recognized that the $15 off was a first purchase deal but requested that they still make good on the bundle deal or cancel my entire order. They chose to cancel my approximately $300 order instead of follow-through on their promotion. A company that is not willing to fulfill their own deals is not one I want to work with. Disappointing, as I was excited to try out this brand.

"All I know is there shirts better be…"
All I know is there shirts better be awesome! Customer service is non existent. I tried to call, email, contact on linked in for 2 weeks. No one ever took the time to acknowledge or get back to me. I talked my client into going with other overpriced shirts with another brand. They lost out on $1000 order which with their profit margin, I am sure it was like a $800 profit. Oh well. Will never entertain selling their brand again.

"Sharp, Comfortable and Flexible"
Great clothing. Sharp, comfortable and flexible with easy maintenance to boot. Have purchased about 6 shirts and one pants thus far and do not think will stop there as I intend to continue purchasing from them due to the above reasons. I would recommend them to anyone looking for something new to try and expect to be quite pleased with the outcome.

"I have supported this company since…"
I have supported this company since they were a Kickstarter. They are awesome! I work in the catering industry, in Arizona, so I need clothes that are tough and keep me cool. The black long sleeve Apollo shirt I bought during that Kickstarter still hasn't lost a thread or button, and it's my go to during the summer. I have never found other shirts that offer the same technology or comfort. The price is absolutely worth the quality you get. Life long customer!

"Practically, the best suits I own!"
I now own three suits made by Ministry of Supply. The stretchy fabric adheres to my body and movements like a glove. The jackets fit perfectly off of the rack and needed no alterations. The pants are slim-fitting and needed no alterations except for length. I love that I don't have to take these suits to the dry cleaner. A short cycle in the washer in cold water and light detergent does the trick. Hang dry and that's it! The look of the suits is understated, but stylish. Dress 'em up or down and either way you're going to look fantastic. And, best of all I don't have to worry about the suits wrinkling in my carry-on since the material is virtually wrinkle-proof. Looking forward to more from Ministry of Supply!!!

"Terrible logistic"
Found this company thanks to their repeating advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Was quite happy with the first orders. Last year they started to increase prices and reduce the quality of their services. Fewer sizes (for the pants), cheaper logistic. Instead of 7-8 days for the deliveries to Europe, now you have to wait 30+ days and then sort it out with tax authorities by yourself. The support is feckless.

Ordering is easy but once you want to contact customer service at via the email provided, nobody seems to reply the email even I send 3 consecutive times; The telephone contact is useless as it is a voice mail - even thought I left a message and according to the company website someone will contact me within 24 hours - no one did. Ministry of Supply pride to be a leading premium brand but definitely not the customer service!

"Outstanding Customer Service and Products"
This place has amazing service. I reached out to MoS with a question and got to talk directly to their Director of Customer, Timothy. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service I received... Timothy went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. He was friendly, patient with me, and extremely knowledgeable about their products. It was such an apparent reflection of how invested their team is in their mission. I can say with confidence that I will be a lifetime customer.
And let me not forget to mention that their Momentum chinos have full-sized pockets for women.. when do you ever find that? Love them... need more colors.
