While ordering, I was told that I will be redirected to review page, instead I was charged full amount without being able to apply promocode. When I contacted customer service to cancel the order immediately, I was told that the discount price would be honored if I keep the items to myself without retueninf them and price difference will be refunded. Its been 2 days and no reponse from customer service

Company will not respond to customers. They sell a good product but lack of customer service negates any need to do business with them. I have contacted them 5 times about not getting free filter with purchase as website and their representative states but no reply on any of the five free filter concerns.

Feel the air cleaner of pet hairs and minimal dust it works as it should

I like it so far. The smaller one is a little loud so i keep it on low and it doesn't bring in much air. But I imagine it's doing it's job just takes awhile longer.
