"The promptness of delivery was notably…"
The promptness of delivery was notably good.
The miniature Prayer Wheel seems perhaps a tiny bit "distressed," giving it the look of an antique -- not really a bad quality.

"Mala wrong size by 7-8 inches."
As per several emails, messages already sent, the stated length of the mala purchased was 32 inches. However I measured it when I received it and it was 39-40 inches in length. This means that it is not suitable for me to wear as a bracelet, because wrapping it around my wrist 4 times leaves too much excess, but I am unable to wrap it around a fifth time. returning the item seems like too much effort, so I have gifted it to a friend, which while benevolent on my part, leaves me without my own mala. I would hope that Art of Tibet would see fit to compensate in some way, without return of the original item.

"I ordered a painting on cotton canvas"
I ordered a painting on cotton canvas. It Looks and feels Like Paper though. Company Insits it being canvas and that i should have it checked By an expert. i do consider myself enough of an expert though to have a realistic idea What it should Look Like. but anyway… the paintings Look Amazing in photographs but Kind of Cheap in Reality. Opinions may vary… the Friends i Showed it to, do agree with mine though.
The Company offered refund of the Money, but i do regard it as too much of a hustle to send it Back from switzerland. Half of the reason i bought it in the First Place, was to support the tibetan Artisans. So, as Long as they get a fair Share… i am ok with it. The painting will directly Go to Litter bin.
