I’m writing this review to express my heartfelt thanks to Meryem from Setur Health for her outstanding support throughout my medical journey. From the very beginning, she was the first and most helpful person I connected with in finding the right surgeon for my sliding genioplasty.

Meryem went above and beyond in every aspect—whether it was helping me navigate financial matters, arranging transportation, answering my concerns, or organizing the entire process of my treatment in Istanbul. Her attentiveness and genuine care were felt every single day of my stay.

One moment that truly stood out was when my flight was delayed and I arrived late at my Airbnb, unfamiliar with the area and unable to buy any food or water. Meryem anticipated this and kindly arranged for both to be delivered to me that very night. That gesture meant the world to me and perfectly reflects her thoughtfulness and professionalism.

Another unforgettable moment was when I found myself a bit lost trying to locate the doctor’s office—without internet access and feeling unsure of where to turn. That’s when Efe came to the rescue. His timely arrival, calm presence, and willingness to guide me through the unfamiliar streets made all the difference. I'm so grateful for his support at that crucial moment—it really highlighted the reliability and teamwork within the Setur Health crew.

I would rate Meryem 11/10 and wholeheartedly recommend her as a star team member. On top of all that, we’ve built a lovely friendship—and I’ve even invited her and her family to visit me in Greece so I can return the hospitality.

Few months ago I went to Istanbul to get full checkup tests. Everything went smoothly, I wasn’t worried about the language barrier at all, the doctors were very welcoming and understanding. Usually I hate going to hospitals because of all the stress, horrible smell and everyone rushing you so the next patient could come in. This time I felt as good as I possibly could - I could ask all the “stupid”questions I had and everyone would explain calmly. Thank you for what you are doing - great job!

I had my hair transplant with Setur Health. Despite the offer being in a campaign, they treated me as a VIP. Everything was as promised. Didn't have much OFF time from work and they arranged everything through the weekend. Went to Istanbul on a Friday afternoon, did the tests the same evening and had the operation done the next day. Did the washing on Sunday and flew back home later that evening. It's been a month now and so happy of the follow up and etc. I strongly recommend the team and the service.

My 65-year-old friend from Niagara Falls recently sought dental treatment in Istanbul, Turkey; including implants and fillings. After researching options, I discovered SETUR Health and contacted their representative. She promptly connected with my friend and meticulously organized his entire trip to Istanbul, covering flights, hotel reservations, and airport transfers.

The dental procedures—three implants, two fillings, and a full cleaning—were completed ahead of schedule. Additionally, my friend had been experiencing hearing loss and wished to consult a doctor. The SETUR Health representative efficiently arranged an appointment, where he was examined and prescribed a hearing device at half the price he would have paid in Canada.

All treatments and services were completed within five days, during which SETUR Health also organized a brief historical sightseeing tour for him. He expressed immense satisfaction with his visit and plans to return to complete his dental work, this time accompanied by his wife.

I am delighted to see him so pleased with the healthcare services provided by this company. Their comprehensive approach and attention to detail have made a significant positive impact on his well-being. He will revisit Istanbul and finish up the remaining part for implants, this time he wants to take his wife and stay more.
