I required a specific make and type of lock with a specific number of keys.
Anti-snap / anti-pick / thumb lock
Website was very easy to navigate and products in stock.
Delivery was as stated and lock installed within minutes of receiving it..

Ordered a pair of keyed alike euro cylinders for the french doors as I wanted to upgrade from the "standard" cylinders to a higher security with a thumb turn. Order placed Monday, they arrived on the Thursday, what more can you say, you get what you want when you want it at a very good price! I also ordered a couple of replacement keys (delivered to work for safety) and they arrived in 48hrs, seems they were £20 cheaper per key than a common high street retailer.
