Excellent customer service and very quick delivery. The auto fill function didn't fully load my address when I was placing the order and they rang to confirm my full address before posting. And it arrived the next day.

I've ordered from Kalsi in the past and delivery by Royal Mail has always been ultra-fast.
However a recent order didn't arrive. Kalsi asked me to wait a bit longer. After a few weeks I posted a message on Royal Mail site but had no response. I told Kalsi of this and was about to do a new order - as their product is the best I've found. But they sent me a repeat delivery, at no charge to me, which arrived next day!
They've proved themselves a very good firm to deal with.
