Made multiple transactions five days ago, but I haven't received evena single payment from hiribi. No replies to my emails too. Frustrated. They have also refused to refund my bitcoins despite sending them my wallet address.

I'll be honest, I've used Hiribi for the past 2 1/2 years, some transactions were good, and some bad, they say they own the paypal accounts that they do transactions on, and if this is true why do most ask for a refund and file a complaint? That's Red Flag #1 Bad Paypal Accounts they don't own. Red Flag #2 I've only experienced this when going with their partnership deal but eventually somehow paypal catches onto the fact that bitcoin and Paypal $$$ are being exchanged... This only happened to me during the partnership deal so stay away from that. Red Flag #3 Their support takes atleast 48 hours to reply to and if they do its a simple response and you have to wait another 48 just to get another reply out of them. Red Flag #4 When a paypal customer asks to get a refund for a payment they didn't send... Hiribi says to refund them and they'll send a new payment from another paypal account they own... If they own these accounts why would they need to refund in the first place? That's a big RED FLAG.

In otherwords you can use hiribi if you like, I've done so so with them, but I wouldn't recommend them ever as a legit business, expect shady stuff from them.
