Would give zero stars if possible! Avoid this company of crooks! Forced to take out insurance and told we couldn't have the car if we didn't take it, even though we already had our own! Apparently we needed an international driving license which is nonsense according to Romanian law and the company website. Funny how if we took out the insurance we were suddenly able to use our UK license! Absolutely terrible company who are just out to fleece tourists! I have used lots of car hire companies all over the world and this is by the far the worst experience I have ever had! Do not use!
