excellent job bike is like new, worth doing a service once a year everything replaced so quiet now i can here the cars coming up behind me, thanks guys and for the clothing you sell, keeping me so visible these dark nights great stuff from Maidson cheers

"The worst bike shop I’ve ever had the misfortune to use."

I took my bike to this shop as they had a special offer on a full service. Unfortunately the bike came back in a much worst state than when I’d taken it in. The mechanic(?) told me that to fit a smaller toothed cassette I’d need a LONGER CHAIN. I had a nightmare ride on the bike took it back and all I had was an argument. I took the bike to a DECENT SHOP the next day, they sorted it within 15 minutes by shortening the chain. What a waste of time, money and energy it was going there. I’ve learned my lesson and I’ll NEVER use Cycle Sphere again.
