It’s our first time booking with Just Go Holidays, our booking was easily sorted by the lovely lady who answered our phone call and answered all our questions. The only downside was the very long wait for the call to be answered.

Have travelled with Just Go before. Had a delightful weekend with good food, great staff at the hotel, Tony the driver was both helpful and amusing.

"Indiscrepancies cause problems"

The first time I telephoned to make a booking I was told we needed passports to go to The Isle of Man.My friend had to re-new hers and this meant we missed nearly all the coach seats.
On booking when her passport arrived I was told we did not need passports to book.
When I booked I was told I was unable to take out insurance.When the paperwork arrived the first thing I read was insurance was mandatory.I telephoned and was told insurance is not necesssary but I would probably be able to buy it in a couple of weeks time.
These indiscrepancies have caused a lot of time wasting and worry.I do hope the holiday runs more smoothly.
