"Regret ever purchasing from them"

Order was sent and charged despite cancellation. Return request was never responded to. I read later that they sell fake goods and regret ever making the initial purchase. The received item seems fake too. Terrible experience throughout.

do not buy from this online store ... everything they sell is fake, the store swears that all the sneakers are real but it is a lie, on the internet they have false comments from customers who supposedly got their money back when they returned the sneakers but it is a lie, when you write to them to return the sneakers and to get your money back because the sneakers are fake, they do not respond anymore, no matter how much you write to them they do not respond anymore.. they also delete the negative comments on instagram. they are a scam! Apart from the fact that the sneakers take a long time to arrive even if you pay for express shipping, they will take forever to arrive.. DO NOT SPEND AND LOSE YOUR MONEY, the store's page may seem perfect and you may see some videos and comments on the internet from customers claiming that everything is original but they are paid people, that is why I fell for the scam. It is frustrating to be scammed and not be able to do anything to get help to get your money back. (It took me a while to get this money together only to get scammed

"Blossom Dunks"

My husband purchased the Blossom dunks for me and without taking them out of the wrapper we knew they were fake. The tongue doesn’t say power puff girls but instead has these weird lines. A few other things were found after further expectation. For the price, he wouldn’t had bought them had we knew they were fake. I knew it was too good to be true sadly.

I recently spent $496 on two pairs of Powerpuff Girl Dunks through the SCLO app, only to find out that they are not authentic. The quality is subpar, and the sneakers do not match the description provided in the app.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The app's customer support has been unhelpful, and I feel misled by the false advertising. I expected better quality for the price I paid, and it’s unacceptable to receive counterfeit products.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from SCLO if you are looking for genuine products.

Don't buy from this site if you want to buy original sneakers because all they sell are replicas. I bought some Jordan 4 Metallic Gold a few weeks ago and after using them once I found an app recommended by sellers of real sneakers called checkcheck and after checking them the result was that they were not original and I have proof of receipt and everything. Those prices they have are to deceive people.

These shoes are FAKE!!!!!! The inside of the shoe shows it was made in Indonesia but the outside of the box shows the shoes were made in China. Why claim the shoes are authentic when their NOT?!?!?!?!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR! I purchased a pair of Fragment Design x Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low from their site on August 24, 2024 for $803.39. The shoes were delivered on September 4, 2024. As soon I opened the package I could tell they were fake; I didn’t even to remove the plastic wrap from the sneakers. I took them to local consignment shop where they have an authentic pair for $2000 and compared them—FAKE! I requested a return authorization the same day.

I don’t care that they’re selling fake shoes, but they claim that they’re authentic. If I wanted to buy fakes, I wouldn’t have spent $800. Are you crazy? I thought the price was too good to be true, but I tried it. I really thought something was off when the “UK company” was shipping sneakers from Singapore. The next red flag was when the return authorization had me sending them to an address in Virginia. I insured the package and required a signature upon delivery. Someone signed for the package on September 9, 2024. According to their website, it takes up 15 business days to process a refund. Finally on September 24, 2024, they responded to my email enquiring about the status of my refund, notifying me that they received my return and an email will be sent once the refund process is completed. It’s now October 23, 2024 and I still haven’t received my refund and they haven’t responded to any of my emails about it. I called my credit card company today to have them dispute it.

Update: miraculously, within a couple hours of contacting my credit card company and writing this review, I get a notification that my refund has been processed. My review stands, do business with them at your own risk.
