"Unprofessional"

I made an inquiry from Amina Travels couple of months ago about ummrah package but then decided not to book with them after reading reviews. I still receive calls and messages from them to ask if I'm still interested. I just received another call from them again, the travel agent (don't want to mention his name) was really unprofessional, insisting on a ummrah package without understanding of customers requirements and wishes. I've never had such unprofessional experience before as a customer. As a travel agency they need proper customer service training.

#Umrah🤲🏾📿! I have had a trip of a life lifetime which I give all praise to the almighty for…Alhamdulillah! However I had to fight tooth & nail with #AminaTravel! It was really stressful…..#The Irony! Whilst the agent was friendly, he seem to do what he wants rather than deliver on what I as the customer wants or paid for! Like trying to give me a 3*Hotel when I’ve paid extra for 5*. There seem to be no room for addressing complaint either! Spoke to someone/manager who never got back to me in addressing my concerns. I shall definitely not be a returning customer. I will advise go #DIY in pair/group . Check the Saudi website…they have made it more accessible & informative to everyone!
