Absolutely superb service - polite, expert, knowledgeable. Wayne, Wayne and Dave were excellent and efficient, very patient and helpful, and thoroughly nice guys. Managed to install the HUGE tub (the Acclaim) without disturbing a single petal of the flowers in the garden. Combination of the Hiab truck plus some ingenious rolling and platforms got it beautifully in place. Thanks very much indeed! Haven't used the tub as it's not ready yet, have to wait 24h.

The whole experience when dealing with the Hot Tub Barn has been very positive. The sales staff are knowledgeable, helpful and have been very patient with our multiple questions as first time tub owners. The price of the tub etc was very competitive. But the service given by the installation guys Dave & Wayne went above and beyond. Access to our home is restricted and if it hadn't been for their determination, resilience and experience our hot tub would not have been installed; they went the extra mile and then some. We are looking forward to many years of relaxation with our tub.

"Great product"

Great product, impressed by the quality. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Although communication was not the best, my email and phone were down wrong, the actual people were very good. Delivery went without a hitch, the guys were helpful, and let's face it the main thing, the product is excellent. Payment was easy. Good to deal with.

as he was so easy to talk to and explained everything in Laymans terms.

We came into the show room back in May 2017 to have a look at hot tubs, we had lots of questions and found Ruth incredibly helpful and friendly. We placed an order for a Riptide Mayfair, but were concerned about getting into our garden! After lots of going backwards and forwards Hot Tub Barn recommended a local crane company and we used them to get the Tub into our garden. Glenn and Ashley arrived on the day to install the hot tub and they were both also incredibly helpful and friendly. We are so pleased with our purchase its definitely going to get lots of use, we have all been in it a few times its definitely a great addition to our garden. Would not hesitate to recommend Hot Tub Barn.
