"I received a quote of 300 euros before…"

I received a quote of 300 euros before the scheduled work. After sharing a video to illustrate the job, I expected the workers to arrive between 8:30-9 am. However, they did not show up, and multiple attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. The customer service representative later informed me of a problem at the dump.

Due to a meeting at 10 am, I suggested rescheduling the work for 10:30 am. The workers arrived at 10:10 am, and I joined them at 10:30 am after completing my call. Surprisingly, they requested an extra 100 euros for heavy heaters, even though these heaters were visible in the video shared when I received the initial quote.

Despite their website stating no additional charges, I felt compelled to pay the extra 100 euros. This unexpected cost has caused inconvenience, especially considering the delay it has caused in my upcoming home projects
