"Not good value"

I bought Hales snacks box on offer. So paid a bit less to try it out.
It seemed to be cheap for the price. But when it arrived...8 bars were small and 2 big. When looking them up online,I found the small bars mostly worth 75p-£1 but I had paid £1.50 a bar. The box was overpriced and not worth it. I could find all the bars on Amazon or Holland&Barrett. When emailing Hales,the reply was... its not for everyone! I was dissatisfied.
I Wouldn’t buy again,especially as they didn’t seem to want me as a customer and offered no way to make up for the dissatisfaction.

I like the range and quality of snacks at good value, many of them I haven't seen elsewhere.
