We had custom flags made for our school, and have ordered them several times. I always received a prompt and courteous response whenever I called or emailed. Someone always called to clarify any instructions that perhaps were not clear, and they went over every detail to make sure the the flag was made exactly as we wanted (Sam and Donna are great to work with). We also wanted a reverse color flag, and the artists made any changes we wanted without hesitation. These are good quality flags, and you also receive great customer service! You can't beat that.
